An emphasis on fun, fitness and improvement.

Magill Little Athletics Centre ("MLAC") encourages children aged from U/6 to U/17, regardless of ability, to strive to achieve their best in the full range of athletic events. Tiny Tots (ages 3 to 5) are also catered for in a special fun/games/skills based program.  The emphasis is on fun, fitness and improvement, not winning. All events use equipment specifically designed to be appropriate to the size and ability of the child. It is safe, fun and develops all around fitness.

MLAC meets are held on Sunday mornings at the Pembroke School Haslam Oval (corner The Parade and Gurrs Road, Kensington Park) beginning promptly at 9.00am (please arrive by 8.45am).  Finish times vary but are generally 10.30am for Tiny Tots (ages 3 to 5) and between 10.45am and 11.30am for older athletes.  A BBQ and small canteen is offered at the end of most meets.  Each summer season runs from October to March (check the "Calendar" menu above).

Welcome to the 2011-2012 season of Little Athletics.

Our season commences on Sunday October 9th 2011 with Come and Try Day.
All potential new members are welcome to attend, with a $5.00 fee payable (to cover insurance).
Please arrive from 8.30am for a 9.00am start.
A parent must be in attendance for the duration of the event.
